Plant Clerical
Plant Clerical (preparing shipments for customers)
- Schedule pickups with assigned trucking companies (vendor portal used)
- Prepare cardboard boxes (taping boxes) for parts' shipment
- Retrieve shipping documents from customers' portals
- Label shipments for customers' orders (Labels made by Word)
- Input data for customers' orders (Excel)
- Scan and file production documents (Using Toshiba scanner)
- Other administrative tasks as needed
